I could not believe how oblivous she was to the feelings of everyone else. I used to want to defend her when it came to Rhoda. I can see why Rhoda didn't like her at times. I got a chance to see the episode when Phyllis asks Mary to fly to San Francisco without question and she neglects to call Mary back and tell her that she was just trying to make a point. I know that this out Mary over the edge. She was so bust trying to be the center of attention it was awful. Remember when she forgot to pick Rhoda up for her wedding?

She could be so overbearing at times. What do you guys think?

Phyllis: (smiling) I had.

Phyllis: Ol' Lars is dead.
Rhoda: Same ol' Lars.
