Bethenny Frankel is officially returning to "The Real Housewives of New York City", Bravo has announced.
"I'm genuinely excited, with a side of slightly nervous, for my return to The Real Housewives of New York City," Frankel. said in a statement. "Bravo has always been the place on television where I have the freedom to be unfiltered, honest and inappropriate, with an audience who has been with me from the beginning. I can't wait to see what this next chapter brings for all of us. Watch what happens!"
"Bethenny is one of the most popular Housewives in the history of the franchise, and I couldn't be more excited she is coming home to Bravo!" Andy Cohen added.
Frankel starred in the first three seasons before launching two spin-offs, "Bethenny Getting Married?" and "Bethenny Ever After".
Arguably the woman who achieved the most success from the show, Frankel went on to sell her very lucrative Skinnygirl liquor brand, publish several books, and host her own talk show, which was canceled after one season.
Back in 2010, Frankel told TVGuide.com, "You'd have to drag me back to Real Housewives."
The upcoming seventh season will also star current cast members Sonja Morgan, Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer.
No word on a cameo from previous housewife — and Bethenny's rival — Jill Zarin, who famously asked Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" why she was fired.
