I just took this to mean that she was the secretary/receptionist to the dealership, not to him personally. He probably tried putting the moves on her and she told him that as a warning. Meaning--if he didn't leave her alone, he'd be in trouble, not her.

its also possible that it was Larry himself that had hired her - solely for the purpose of "playing games", and just called her his secretary.
