In Raleigh, NC it's "Jeopardy" & 'Wheel.'

KCOP (1985-1989), KCBS (1989-1992), and KABC (1992-Present) have aired both shows back to back in Los Angeles for three decades.

Originally, it was "Wheel" and the "Jeopardy". Beginning in 1992, it has been the other way around ever since.

In Cleveland, it's always has been "Wheel" and "Jeopardy".

In the Buffalo area --

"Wheel" & "Jeopardy".

That's when they come on here too.

I have no idea but ever since 2011, Jeopardy comes on 2 hours before Wheel of Fortune on Local St. Louis NBC Affiliate just like it always was back in the mid to late 1980s & the early 1990s before Jeopardy was being put in the 3:30pm by Local NBC STL affiliate(KSDK) in 1993.

Here in the Upstate, it's Wheel, then Jeopardy!.

And has aired on the same station for 33 of it's 35 years. WYFF had Wheel in 1983-84 and 1984-85 after the NBC News with Tom Brokaw, but WLOS got it for the 1985-86 season. Jeopardy had various timeslots on WYFF in 84-85(the same station carried the original network version with Art Fleming too.) before WLOS got it for the 1985-86 season.
