In the episode "The Money Machine" the woman at the ATM before Jack doesn't speak a line but she's Anne Ramsey, most famous as the Momma in "Throw Momma From The Train". Unfortunately she passed away in 1988, but in dictionaries whenever they define "character actress" they must show her picture!

I don't think I'm out of line in calling her face "rough".

She was in The Goonies, too! :D She was famous because of her face. She didn't exactly blend into the sea of perfect, botoxed faces in Hollywood, and good for her (and us).

She's also in a Laverne & Shirley episode, it was at the movie theater and she was sitting being the two ladies.

She appeared in several films with her husband Logan Ramsey, including her final film Meet The Hollowheads. They were married for 34 years.

She was also in a Wes Craven directed 80's horror film Deadly Friend where she get killed in an unintentional hilarious way when a basketball gets thrown and literally smashes her face, good stuff.
