Jennifer Lawrence Admits She's In Love with Larry David — How Did He React?

Just about any man would kill to have Jennifer Lawrence crushing on him. But Larry David? He says the timing is all wrong.

During a panel at Saturday's New Yorker Festival, the comedian was asked about Lawrence's recent confession in Vanity Fair where she said, "I'm in love with him, and I have been for a really long time."

David responded, "Smart kid. It's a shame that I'm about 40 years older than she is."





The interviewer then read more of Lawrence's confession where she said, "I worship Woody Allen, but I don't feel it below the belt the way I do for Larry David."

David then joked, "Maybe she's referring to her knees. I don't think I could do it. On one hand it's very flattering and on another hand, it's kind of a shame — in terms of timing. I'd have fun watching the reality show of it though."

Rosie Perez Says She Understands Jennifer Lawrence's Larry David Crush

"The View" co-host Rosie Perez made an appearance on another morning talk show on Thursday, stopping by NBC's "Today" to talk about her role in Larry David's new play Fish in the Dark.

During her appearance, Perez and "Today" co-host Matt Lauer compared experiences with the curmudgeonly writer-actor behind "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm".





During the interview Perez revealed that she's "fallen in love" with her co-star, who also wrote the play. "He's odd, he's weird, he's crotchety, he's all those things and I love him," she said.

In fact, her experience working with him has made her understand what Jennifer Lawrence told Vanity Fair about being attracted to him.



"Sorry, Larry, but when I first heard that I was like, 'Are you kidding? Really? Come on, have you seen the man?' And then now that I'm working with him I'm getting those same sensations that Jennifer Lawrence is having," Perez said.

"You get it because he's a man who knows who he is, and that's powerful and that's attractive and he's funny and he's intelligent. And he's also, I know he's going to hate me saying this, he's a teddy bear. He's sweet and he's kind and he's generous and he doesn't want anyone to know that though."
