Are you a dog or a Cat person?

I'm definately a cat person. I can't stand dogs - I think they're filthy creatures!

I just LOVE dogs!!! I think they're sweet, loveable, loyal, dependable, cute, playful, protective, and so much more. I love taking my dog for walks and playing fetch with her and cuddling with her and stuff. I feel more secure with her around. I know I can tell her my deepest secrets and she won't go blabbing them behind my back. She will never laugh at me or judge me or betray me. The average dog is so much better than the average person at times.

Cats are OK, but only as long as they belong to someone else. I get kinda nevous around cats sometimes. I was badly scratched by one as a child (It was totally unprovoked. The stupid monster just pounced on me!) so I don't really like being around them alone too much.

Thought I'd mention that I think dogs are cute, but I'm scared of certain ones that I don't know. In 5th grade I got bit by my friends dog in the eye. Really screwed up my eye for a few months. Also, on my bike, I've been chased by 4 dogs. My mom got bit on the leg and needed stitches, and, my cousins dog bit my sister on the hand.

I guess you can my family has bad luck with dogs...

I have never had a problem with a dog, but I almost always have problems with cats. Those animals just plain don't like me for some reason. My grandma's cat loved me though. I was the only one she (the cat) allowed to hold her. I know a few other nice cats.

I like 'em both. I really don't think I could pick either as my fav.

Working in vet clinics over my life, I've had exposure to lots of different dogs and cats, and I have had bad experiences with both. I must say I have never been physically injured by a dog, though I've had several really big strong dogs try to hump me. (and one did this out my the road so people driving by could watch as I'm trying to get this sick golden retreiver off of my leg. But anyway...) I have been scratched to hell by a few psycho cats, and I got bit by a cat once.

But anyway.... well since you brought it up..here's my doggy and kitty! This is the only one I have of them together, even though you can't see my dog's face. Oh well!

You sound just like my two little brothers. they chase my cat all around the house. AWE :( so sad! LOL! Ok, Umm..... I'm kinda both but more a cat person. I love them. I have nothing against dogs, lol. Just some that are too scary or too ugly. LOL! But I know that Imma get a bulldog when I get older. I LOVE THEM!

I love both, but I like cats better, but boy, do they get into alot of trouble! i have two cats and they're brother and sister and the brother bites his sister ALL THE TIME!!!! It is sooooo annoying! But they love me alot. lol.

I love dogs. They are so cute!

Definitely dogs. I love dogs. They are just so much fun and such great companions. I like cats too but I am allergic to them. :( I have a dog who I absolutely adore and if I weren't allergic I would love to have a cat too.

I like both. I have an English Springer Spaniel named Happy [she was born on Thanxgiving day] and I lerb her to death. She's a little sweetie! She always comes up to me for cuddles and kisses. And I swear, she knows when I'm sad cuz when I'm sitting there crying, she comes up and starts nuzzling me and I give her a big hug. She's like the equivalent to a human being. Always there for me whenever I need a hug or a shoulder to cry on. I'd be lost w/out her!

We also have a cat named Lady. She was my grandma's and after my grandma died, we took Lady into our care. My brother tortures that damn thing... he picks up her and spins her around and then when he puts her down, she runs away titled sideways. Once, he was spinning her through the air and accidentally threw her into the Xmas tree! She likes to sleep in front of the heater and once, she put her tail in it and it set on fire... it was pretty hilarious. I don't really mind the cat.
