My favorites from season one:

1. Mike's hippie friends come to visit
2. Lionel Moves into the neighborhood
3. Judging books by covers
4. Archie's aching back
5. Archie gives blood

It will be interesting to see what you say about the later seasons. I enjoyed most of them. Season 9 is probably my least favorite since Mike and Gloria are not there but it's not to bad.
