Kym and Julie Pie have been really close for many years, a fact that Kim has mentioned several times in the past. On her Twitter feed, Julie recently shared a cool photo of the two of them, with Julie seeing Kim's new baby for the first time.

The caption is priceless:

Tootie and Sue Ann together again

Here's the photo:

Yep! I certainly don't keep in contact with anyone I knew in 1979, outside of my family. What a cool friendship!

Kym and Julie Pie

Who's "Kym"?

Sorry, couldn't pass that up, lol. :p

How cool to see "Tootie and Sue Ann" all grown up! I love how colorful Julie's outfit is, too.

You should make a composite photo of this one side-by-side with Julie and Kim's early title credit where they're laughing and pointing, or their later title credit where they're split-screened from "Molly's Holiday" and "Flash Flood". Or the new photo with each, or all three as a progression!

Cool, Retroguy! And to quote Tootie: "Gosh! Thanks, nerd!" LOL. J/K. I had to work it into the post. LOL.

It was definitely ground-breaking for its time. A 14-year-old-girl thinks she might be a lesbian, and they showed it on network television during prime time in the 1970s.

I remember the blowback that "Buffy" had when Willow came out as a lesbian, and that was 2001!

Found another photo, this one of "Tootie's" son Quincy and "Sue Ann's" daughter Jacqueline. Here (https://twitter.com/JuliePiekarski/status/629069067836469248/photo/1)!
