:) Just 50 years ago today, Gilligan's Island premiered on CBS with the episode "Two on a Raft"!

And 50 years later it's still one of the greats. GI is on my list of sitcoms I never tire of watching.

It's too bad only Dawn Wells and Tina Louise are still with us to see how they look now, compared to how they looked in the meteor episode in which Gilligan dreamed they shot ahead 50 years and were celebrating that with a party.

Yeah!! That is funny because at the time 50 years seemed so far away, and now it really is 50 years! Good post!!! ;)
