I don't remember this scene in the final uncut version of Down and Out in Malibu. Looks like the girls are having a welcome back celebration for JO. In the nbc version - JO suddenly appears at the end of the episode, to the surprise of the girls, especially Blair...
It would be great to see these deleted scenes (along with Where's Poppa deleted scenes) in the upcomming dvd release...
