If "Buffalo Bill" got a DVD release, why can't this show?
Don't forget "Pink Lady and Jeff" even has an official DVD release.

TVFactFan 08-24-2015, 07:36 PM Plus this show is already connected to Different Strokes and in their syndication package which is the only reason I know about Hello Larry Mr. Television 08-24-2015, 07:42 PM This show is very underrated. TVFactFan 08-24-2015, 07:44 PM This show is very underrated. The female producer was HOT and obese engineer was funny robyrob 08-25-2015, 10:24 AM i don't think you are ready for it yet. EccentricGenius 01-14-2016, 01:56 PM The first two seasons of "Diff'rent Strokes" (featuring all three "Larry"/"Strokes" crossover episodes scattered between both seasons [the first crossover during "Strokes's" first season, and the last two during season two of "Strokes"], featuring the casts of both sitcoms appearing together) are sadly the closest we'll ever see "Hello, Larry" on DVD, sorry to say..."Hello, Larry" is quite possibly the poster child for crappy television (alongside "Supertrain" and "Cop Rock"). If "Larry" ever receives a DVD release (which will be a f**king miracle), it will probably be a MOD (manufacture-on-demand) release (translation: the episodes will be copied, or "burned," on DVD-R discs). TVFactFan 07-20-2020, 01:52 PM I saw a Promo Buffalo Bill and he was making out with some HUGE LADY:lol: Anyway that guy who played on Buffalo Bill played the racist guy on Different strokes when he didnt want his daughter sharing her room with Arnold TVFactFan 07-20-2020, 01:52 PM I thought Hello Larry would be complete on DVD mainly because of it's connection Different Strokes OH Nuts! 07-20-2020, 01:56 PM I thought Hello Larry would be complete on DVD mainly because of it's connection Different Strokes Good point. Didn't he have some hot daughters when he guest starred in Diff'rent Strokes? TVFactFan 10-27-2020, 02:59 AM Didn't he have some hot daughters when he guest starred in Diff'rent Strokes? Yes Ruthie and Diane SitcomsHeydayfan 10-28-2020, 02:04 AM Yes Ruthie and Diane What happened to them? TVFactFan 10-28-2020, 02:12 AM What happened to them? The one who played Diane stopped acting after 1994. The one who played Ruthie appeared on Alice and Dukes of Hazzard in the 80's but was never part of a long running sitcom someguy23475 10-28-2020, 10:50 PM Weren’t there two Dianes? I seem to recall a cast change in the second season. Ruthie was played by Kim Richards, who happens to be the aunt of Paris Hilton. DVD release? The show was horrendous. Not funny at all partly due to McLean Stevenson thinking he could carry a show and get all of the lines. Terrible writing played a part too. The second season moving away from the radio station and brining in all of the gimmicky characters made it even worse. Might as well put Supertrain on DVD while you’re at it. I support Supertrain being on DVD also. Being a short-lived series hasn’t kept other series from making it to DVD. TVFactFan 10-29-2020, 01:50 AM Weren’t there two Dianes? One diane was part of 2 Different strokes crossovers and the other Diane was part of one crossover someguy23475 10-29-2020, 04:47 PM I’m not against a show being on DVD because it is short lived, it’s more of the fact it was awful, especially Supertrain. It just doesn’t make sense from a business perspective. The only way to market it would be for either die hard fans or those who love bad TV. |
