Hey Everybody !!

I just want all of you to know that I finally got a new job; that was such a long wait. I start on Wednesday of this week, and I am really looking forward to it.

I'm glad to hear that and i'm happy for you. I might be starting a new job next week i hope. I gotta get a police report and take a drug test. I got a new part time job and i'm trying to get a full time job. I lost my last full time job at the end of June and i had been there for almost 9 years. The company decided to get a contractor to replace me which upset me because i wanted to retire from there.

Well I didn't get the job because I called the job today to talk to the guy that interviewed me and his secretary told me he hired somebody else. I was disappointed to hear that. I probably could've got the job if I had some money to get a police report. The police report costs $10 and i'm broke since I just started a new part time job and I don't get paid until next Monday. That's messed up he couldn't wait on me to get the police report because when he interviewed me, he acted like I was gonna get the job because he said he liked how my application looked. Supervisors are so full of sh*t.

I'm sorry you didn't get the job. Hopefully another job will come along that you would like to work at even more than this one, with more money! ;)

My dad got mad at me this morning because I didn't have $10 to get the police report and he yelled at me talking about how could you not have $10. He said ain't no job supervisor gonna wait on you to get a police report when there's people applying for the same job you want. I don't have nobody but myself to blame for not getting the job because I should've had some money in my savings account. I've been terrible about saving money and I need to get better at saving money. I just wanna move outta my parents house because I hate my dad and I've never gotten along with him. My mom was thinking about leaving him a few weeks ago because they got in a argument and she said she's tired of arguing with him. My dad said to me today that he's tired of me spending money on movies and music cd's and he said I don't put no money away for anything. He said one day my car is gonna break down and I don't have no money to get it fixed and he's right.



That's why I said I need to get better at saving money but I don't see anything wrong with spending money on movies and music cd's because that's what I like. I don't have a girlfriend. So what's wrong with buying movies and music cd's? Sometimes I buy clothes and sneakers. I don't have a lot of bills. That's why I need to have my own place because if I lived alone, I wouldn't have to listen to his complaining. I can't afford to get my own place because it's too expensive to live in Maryland and Virginia. If I was in Cleveland, I would probably have my own place because the cost of living there isn't expensive.

I meant to answer you back sooner. Sorry things are rough right now for you. It is hard for young people these days with the economy and job market. :( Hang in there and keep looking , you will land a job.

Fathers are being fathers. He really does love you and care for your well being, but believe me I know , sometimes they can get a bit overbearing. Dads were the same in the 1970's - 1980's as they are now! ;)

It is hard to save money, believe me even as a 52 year old! And when you do get a job and get settled in it, if you still want to leave the house. Check around , maybe you could find a good deal on a place, or how about roommates? ;) But first things first, hoping you get a job soon. All the best to you. Thanks for the support. I haven't gotten any money from the employment office in 3 weeks and they probably won't send me any money next week because I gotta wait for them to send me a letter next week letting me know whether or not I'm gonna get any money. They had a issue with me quitting my last part time job for a better part time job because I didn't give my last full time job a week's notice and that's why I haven't gotten any money in 3 weeks. I hope the letter I'm getting from them isn't gonna tell me that I won't be getting money from them anymore because me quitting my last part time job shouldn't have anything to do with the money they owe me from my last full time job.
