Now I'm no dream psychologist, I wish I was but...

I've been having many dreams about my grandfather's house. It's now being sold for $40,000 but need at least $40,000 of work on it. Last week, I was at the house, I saw both my grandparents alive, and in the parlor I saw my ex-pastor's sons playing video games and his house had boxes of valuable nostalgic stuff.

What could this mean?
