It would be difficult to imagine Stanley taking Helen ANYWHERE.

But yes, no matter what Stanley looking annoyed would always be part of the equation.

I had actually thought of this another way. The Ropers episode where the trio appears is usually aired as a Three's Company episode in syndication. It took place at the very beginning of Season 4 of TC but for some odd reason they decided to use the Season 2 opening. What would have made more sense would have been to use the Season 4 opening credits and theme with the trio at the Santa Monica pier but to insert the Ropers old credit scenes from Seasons 2-3 in place of Lana and Furley's credit scenes.

or they could have been chilling on the boardwalk like Lana by just sitting in the chair.

Or maybe the Ropers would be on the beach, Mrs. Roper in a bathing suit and Mr. Roper fully clothed, looking at beach bodies with his binoculars! lol

I think a walrus or donkey for Mr. Roper, and a parrot, peacock, or butterfly garden for Mrs. Roper (something super-colorful).
