Does anybody remember this kids science-fiction show?

It is a mature version type of Power Rangers, but it seems more of a independent show than Power Rangers. But it needs to be rebooted and put into classification:

* 4 members
* A villain for the first two seasons
* 2 dogs
* Same karate instructor
* Same Professor Hart
* Same newspaper owner
* New newspaper secretary
* Two nerds, one boy and one girl
* A villainess for the next two seasons

This show celebrates 20 years also.
