There was a past Caucasian version called "Royal Prince Of Bel Air" produced back in the 70's and 80's, but it failed to get aired on television back then, because:
1.) The mansion plot has all strict rules and no perfection allowed.
2.) Caucasians are supposed to broaden more info that African-Americans, but Caucasians cannot control on both the limiting broadened info nor excluding bad attention from good attention.
Right now, this African-American sitcom version, "Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air" is trying its best to do better, but that series finale may have caused to lose all Caucasian fans and audiences completely for several reasons, no offense. This current version is forever attracting all African-American fans and audiences in reruns after what happened in the series finale.
