2014 has been one of the best years for TV on DVD releases! I'm not sure if 2014 can be topped....we'll just have to wait and see what's in store for 2015...

I decided to wait and see if seasons 7 to 11 are edited, if they are then I will just pay for the whole set in Jan or Feb to watch Checking In

My money is too tight to buy edited eps lol

Yup, it had gone up to over 200 dollars. I got mine from Shout so I can get it a month earlier and got it for the same price that Amazon has it now with all the discounts Shout was giving at the time. If fans are on the fence about it now is the time to get it. It wont be any cheaper before the release date.

should be shipping soon, the pre-orders. Last pre-order i had from SF was a bit late - about 10 days - hopefully that's not the case here, but will be interested in hearing from others when they get shipping notice or arrival of the set.

I got my package yesterday. It was shipped on the 4th and arrived on the 6th which means they used priority mail.

I am a little upset that there is only 1 episode of Checking In because it was the main reason I decided to buy the set. Regardless I can't wait to check this set out this weekend.

i only checked out season 8 - most of the eps run 24:40 to 25:00 with most being around the 25min range. 24:30 was the shortest of all S8 eps.
