1. Who agrees that the show sucked after Mike and Gloria moved out? I have not seen one episode of "Arche Bunker's Place", or "Gloria", but I can tell I DON'T want to watch them.

2. Could somebody explain to me the Pilot, when it was called "Those were the Days", and had two different people palying Mike and Gloria? I saw it on ET, but I didn't understand, really.

I can't even stomach those later seasons after Meathead & Gloria left. What made the show so great was the conflicts between Archie and them. Those latter seasons also lacked those vibrant early '70s social/political turmoil issues on the episodes. The chemistry and vigor was definitely gone in the post-Meathead/Gloria seasons. It became a completely different show! I refused to even watch "Archie Bunker's Place".
