“Martin” actor and comedian Tommy Ford has been served with a restraining order from the mother of his child (http://www.lipstickalley.com/showthread.php?t=759836). A woman named Vanessa Simmons is asking for full custody of their son. But Simmons wants more than just child support. She wants Ford to continue to pay her rent, car note, cell phone, insurance, utilities and medical bills all the while she stays in his home in Atlanta, according to blogger Sandra Rose. Simmons wasn’t done there. She also wants Ford to pay for her relocation back home to Las Vegas. And she requested Ford pay for her personal belongings, vehicle, furniture and air travel for her and their son. And she still wasn’t finished. She wants Ford to pay for her attorney’s fees and court expenses. This could add up to be tens of thousands.

But besides requesting Ford pays for all of that, Simmons requested for a temporary protective order. Rose also reports that Simmons revealed a simple argument between Ford and his wife Gina Sasso became a three-way confrontation — escalating with the actor yelling, “F*ck both of you b*tches!” This resulted in a minor fight between Simmons and Ford. He shoved her backwards and she threw a Purell hand sanitizer bottle at him.

According to Simmons, this isn’t the first time Ford physically or verbally abuse her. Also, she recalled a time Ford violently beat their son with a belt.

Vanessa Simmons is a damn fool if she expects Tommy to pay for all of that hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. This is exactly why i can't stand most black women because they're golddiggers. Get a damn job and don't be expecting black men to give you money and to take care of you. Who does this b*tch think she is? Tommy isn't a rich man just because he's been on tv and done a few movies and stage plays. That's messed up if Tommy beat his son badly with a belt. Unfortunately most black men do that to their kids when they do something wrong because my dad has done that to me several times when i was young. Black men need to stop beating their kids because your kids will grow up to hate you. That's part of the reason why my dad and i don't have a good relationship. That's also the reason why Michael Jackson hated his dad and i read a recent article that Michael's brothers and sisters don't visit Joe at all and they don't talk to him. His wife Katherine also doesn't live with him. The article also said that Joe has had a couple of strokes lately and Janet was the only one who visited him at the hospital.
