I've wondered for a long time if The Facts Of Life's Nancy McKeon and Philip McKeon (Tommy on the sitcom Alice) are sister and brother or related in some other way? Does anybody know? I've never heard they're related but I've never heard they aren't related either. I was just thinking if anybody else has ever wondered about that or if any forum members here know for sure. Thanks.

Oh, and if they are related, does anybody know if they ever appeared together in a TV show or movie? Just curious.

Yes they are brother and sister . Phillip is older by 18 months.:)

Even though Phillip is blonde and has lighter eyes and Nancy has darker hair and eyes, to me they sort of look alike. They have the same smile I think! :

Once Nancy appeared on "TV Bloopers & Practical Jokes" to help play a trick on her brother. I think it involved getting him out of his pants. As she helped with this trick, she was the only of the FoL girls not to be a victim of a practical joke herself during that series run.

I always thought they look a lot alike. Just one is blonde and one is brunette, but the facial features are very similar, especially the smile like you said, bonnie.
