Glad we're not waiting as many years as we did for season 5. Also the season with all 3 holiday episodes. Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Halloween and Thanksgiving will be long over when S6 comes out in Dec, though. But at least it'll be out in time for Christmas.

I agree, hopefully no more long breaks between DVDs from this point. Season 1-2 was 2 and a half years, season 2-3 was 7 months, season 3-4 was 1 year, season 4-5 was 5 and a half years and now season 5-6 is 6 months. If we follow the same pattern season 7 would be released 1 year after season 6 is released.

Again, hopefully it doesn't happen. :D But I'm sure there are people who are rubbing their hands together at the prospect of getting season 7 next year and then not buy season 8-11 since Richie and Ralph will be absent. I hope that doesn't occur either as these DVDs are dependant on sales, then again season 8 would need to be released in the first place to see the sales figures.

We're still waiting. I reckon we'll get something similar to season 1-4 DVDs. Just something basic like that.

its a little plain compared to the other seasons - but WHO CARES, I just hope they didn't take out too much music

Once season 7 comes out, my Happy Days collection will be complete!

They used odd colors for the Happy Days logo. The logo was never done in those colors on the show. Happy was mostly a purple/pink colour and Days was usually a green/turquoise color. In Season 11, they changed it a bit and Happy was a turquoise color and Days was red. On this DVD, Happy is bright red and Days is yellow/orange which looks a little awkward. But that's not a big deal. I'm just glad it's finally being released. I hope this show will be complete by the end of 2016.

One thing I'll be curious about if they do the entire series: Will the 11th season episodes be presented in production order or broadcast order?

I know that these DVD sets typically present them in broadcast order, but if they do that, the series finale will be somewhere in the middle of the running order, because Happy Days went off the air for a while during its last season before returning to air for the final episode.

Once the finale aired in May, 1984, the network aired the unused episodes during the summer rerun season (back in those days, if a network paid for a full season, they almost always aired the episodes at some point).

So a quick skimming through the dvd's and to me things seem to be pretty good. The picture is great just like the previous seasons. From a brief look, it seems like all of the cast music performances are present, although I'm no expert on the music in the show. And in stolen melodies, the twist was also included. I didn't check all episodes but run-times also seem complete.

Hey I was reading what you posted about Happy Days Season 6 you mentioned that all of the original musical performances that the cast did but here is the thing are all of the songs by the original artist that was heard on the jukebox at Arnolds if CBS did what they should have done for season 5 and 2 I might just buy it but what songs are heard

I have really loved the picture quality from previous releases of Happy Days. It always looks like it has been remastered. I picked up season 6 too and should be getting it in the mail today or tomorrow. I can't wait to see it. Thanks for the review.
