I suppose other people will know about this but I just found out. I was flipping around on the TV a couple days ago and came across an episode of Mork and Mindy. I didn't watch all of it but from what I could tell for some reason Mork had time travelled back into the past to meet Mindy when she was younger. They were at Mindy's high school prom and Mork was trying to get in. But some nerdy guy wouldn't let him in. I immediately recognized him as Pee Wee Herman (AKA Paul Reubens)! The guy was telling him he'd had a crush on Mindy for years and she had no interest in him and Mork didn't have a chance with her either. I was pretty surprised as this was several years before he became well known on Pee Wee's Playhouse, at least that's when I first became aware of him. I'm guessing this was a 4th season episode because I'd never seen it. I've never seen the 4th season of Mork and Mindy because by then the local TV station that ran it had switched its TV network affiliation so I missed out. It's kind of interesting to see a famous actor when they're younger and not yet well known. But to me he pretty much seemed the same as Pee Wee Herman always has only a bit more mature. For the record, I've never liked Pee Wee Herman anyways I've always thought he was really creepy and annoying. But anyways I just thought it would make for an interesting post if anybody else remembers seeing that episode and what did you think of Pee Wee Herman in it? I suppose he was going by Paul Reubens back then. It gives me an idea for another discussion thread that I'll post at some point later.
