View Full Version : Horrible time slot this year for the show TVFactFan 09-01-2014, 10:37 PM On the same time as Sunday Night Football. Damm, Friday would have been a lot better than Sunday. EmoJoe 09-01-2014, 10:48 PM It's actually a much better timeslot than it had last year. It has The Simpsons as a lead-in which is pretty much the best lead-in a comedy could have on FOX (that and Family Guy). Doesn't that mean it will be moved again EmoJoe 09-02-2014, 12:23 AM Depends I guess. But I think putting it between the networks' two biggest comedies is basically the best exposure it could've gotten - much better than throwing it back on Tuesday with the low-rated New Girl/Mindy Project pairing. The post-Simpsons and post-Family Guy slots were able to keep marginal shows like American Dad and Bob's Burgers alive for many years so hopefully it can do the same for B99. Guess I have to record it and watch it on Monday at 7pm irehtman 09-02-2014, 07:27 AM It is not going to become a fallen victim right away. Mulaney is joining this show on Sunday Nights. Mulaney? irehtman 09-03-2014, 07:00 AM Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Mulaney are a back-to-back FOX sitcoms for this Sunday Night. They start on September 28, 2014. TVFactFan 09-03-2014, 08:11 PM Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Mulaney are a back-to-back FOX sitcoms for this Sunday Night. They start on September 28, 2014. My issue is that I watch Football on Sunday Nights Mr. Television 09-03-2014, 08:57 PM My issue is that I watch Football on Sunday Nights I just started really watching the show. I have to say I didn't like it at first but I'm getting into it now. lol TVFactFan 09-03-2014, 09:14 PM I just started really watching the show. I have to say I didn't like it at first but I'm getting into it now. lol I love the Captain and Jake. And I am so damm attracted to detective Amy:) James28 09-20-2014, 11:00 PM Another reason User:TVFactFan thinks the new timeslot is "horrible": Brooklyn Nine-Nine will be sandwiching itself between two evil animated shows this season. (and by "evil", I mean unwatchable) The first animated program is more unwatchable than the other. king of comedy 09-21-2014, 06:52 AM I won't watch Mulaney but they should have kept Bob's Burgers sandwiched in between The Simpsons and Family Guy and put in Brooklyn 99 after Family Guy. But Seth has Bordertown coming at midseason and may put it after Family Guy. comedyfreak 09-22-2014, 03:56 AM On the same time as Sunday Night Football. Damm, Friday would have been a lot better than Sunday. What's up with that? I hate when the stupid Networks do crap like this. irehtman 12-02-2014, 08:55 AM The second half of this season will help improve this show because the second half begins after the Super Bowl. It will be more safer if FOX hasn't cancelled Enlisted in the wrong time, even if Enlisted had poor ratings or not. Mace Dolex 12-02-2014, 05:00 PM The 8-9pm hour slot on Sunday's FOX is pretty much dead to me I just watch Family Guy. I have never watched a sitcom after a SB so I won't see it then either James28 12-02-2014, 11:30 PM ^^Dude, Super Bowl aired on FOX last season (2013-14). TVFactFan 12-02-2014, 11:59 PM ^^Dude, Super Bowl aired on FOX last season (2013-14). I wouldn't know because Im not in sitcom mode after a SB irehtman 12-05-2014, 09:10 AM How about the Super Bowl 2014-2015 airing on NBC? This show might have a difficult time competing against this upcoming NBC Super Bowl this February 2015. TVFactFan 12-05-2014, 10:17 PM How about the Super Bowl 2014-2015 airing on NBC? I seriously doubt that there will be a new episode the night of the SB Mr. Television 12-05-2014, 10:20 PM I wouldn't know because Im not in sitcom mode after a SB I don't think football fans watch the after SB shows. I usually watch ESPN or the NFL Network. I haven't watched a regular post SB tv program since the early 90's probably.
