Few actors have had the level of success Michael Landon did, with three successful TV shows. What was your favorite?

I absolutely can't stand...dare I say "hate"....Bonanza. I hate that show with a blasting passion. I never really liked Highway to Heaven that much.

My vote goes to Little House. I always liked that show and still enjoy it today.

I grew up watching Little House and really liked the show better than anything else he has done.

Highway to Heaven. It's easily my favorite of the three but sadly the least aired.

As a child, I had a ridiculous crush on Michael Landon. I loved Little House on the Prairie... but not just because of Michael Landon, I really loved the story lines.

Little House and Highway to Heaven are so weepy, they're hard to watch now, they're kind of cheesy.

I do like Bonanza, especially the earlier years of the series. Michael Landon wrote some of those episodes and you can see that he goes from being young and writing himself as the hero who saves the day to writing those weepy stories for himself and other characters on the show.

Little House On The Prairie. Wonderful traditional family values and lots of great realistic characters. But Bonanza and Highway To Heaven are good too. I'll watch any of them.

Little House! No one could do overwrought melodrama like Little House! Plus they had Willie.:)

Little House on the Prairie is my favorite. I remember my 2nd grade teacher reading us the book and then saying there was going to be a movie on it. Then it turned into a television show.

My favorite was Bonanza.

I liked Little House for a while but I eventually got tired of it.

I didn't watch Highway to Heaven. When they put Valerie on I started to try to watch it but they tried to 'ugly Valerie up' (not that such a thing is possible) so she wouldn't compete with Roma Downey and I resented that.

It's not easy for me to answer without adding to what "best" means.

I like Bonanza but Lorne Greene was always the lead actor, though Landon achieved increasing popularity & status as the many years went on. Script quality was uneven at times.

Unquestionably Landon was the star of both LHoP & Highway to Heaven, but I give a nod to LHoP because it was the more successful series of the 2, longer run and greater popularity. However, Landon was more of an undivided focus on Highway -- he carried it in an extremely big way. LHoP continued for a bit without him.

I will go with LHop due to its quality, impact, and longevity.

There are many memorable episodes of all 3 series, and I've watched many of them multiple times.
