Yep, SS would have eventually caught up to their mistake and then Grady would be in BIG trouble for keeping the money. Lamont was right to encourage Grady to do the right thing.

Demond Wilson was on the path to and eventually became an ordained minister, so he may have wanted his character to reflect certain values sometimes. That said, I can't recall anyone ever saying that basic honesty is somehow feminine before.
