Nah, Mace. That would have been the fall of 1984. Sometimes shows were not released into syndication until four, five or even six years after debuting on air Facts of Life went into syndication seven years after its NBC debut. Now, I am not sure why it took seven years. It had 13 eps its first year and 16 the next so there were not enough to constitute a full season (the first two years) which I understand but I think the show could have been released at least a year earlier, though as there would have been enough episodes to air five days a week.
