I scrolled back a few pages and didn't anyone post about this but Unsolved Mysteries has a new youtube channel, and they have been posting a few new clips. It mainly consists of a family member of the deceased/missing person telling the story and pleading for help. They are very short in length (2-3 minutes), but they are all relatively recent cases.

I'd like to believe these are little teases as far as the show is concerned and hopefully something bigger is in the works, like maybe a Youtube exclusive show. There's currently 7 videos on their page, If you'd like to check it out.

Thanks for posting this! I just watched the videos.

1. Paula Phillips, deceased, not explicitly stated, but likely murdered - I had never heard of her case, I wonder if the boyfriend is involved (not sure if that was implied, but otherwise why mention the fight)

2. Morgan Harrington, murdered - Many people know of the Morgan Harrington case. When her parents were on Disappeared, their love for her really touched me, and I still google her name every few months hoping for an update in her murder.

3. Lacey Gains, murdered - I was a little bit familiar with this case, but am going to look up more details.

4. TJ Ainsworth, murdered or hit-and-run - I wonder what the mother thinks of the 18-wheeler theory.

5. Eric Stapleton, missing - Missing persons are my favorite category, I wish more info was included on his lifestyle or possible suspects

6. Jane Doe (NamUs UP 1567), unidentified murder victim- I knew about this woman, and find it so baffling how a person can just not ever be identified.

7. Margaret Leone's adopted son - Lost loves are probably me least favorite category, but I when I watched this clip I realized how important they were to the show. They are uplifting and offer hope amongst all the tragedy.

The families of the people featured in the stories deserve answers. I hope they find them and are able to put the mysteries to rest.

But now there is hope Unsolved Mysteries may be reincarnated! I am embarrassed to say how happy this makes me.

Long Live UM!

I'm glad that there are new UM cases! I mean, not glad that there are unsolved cases, just glad that UM is giving these families a platform to ask for help. And I'm glad that there are new cases to discuss.

Unfortunately, I don't think this necessarily means that they are bringing the show back. I wish it was the *bigger* platform of network tv. I mean, if we can watch 800 different versions of "So you think America's got a Voice with the Stars," can't we have UM with new cases?????

OMG nohwheregirl, I swear I would trade in all 16 versions of “Real Housewives of Wherever the Hell" for just one UM! But I am loving the new website though, so I guess that's something...
