"Arrow" Season 3 Casts "Glee" Alum as Felicity's [Spoiler]

Ray Palmer is not the only new face in Felicity Smoak’s life. "Arrow" has tapped "Awkward" and "Glee" alum Nolan Funk to play Felicity’s ex-beau in Season 3, TVLine has learned.

The actor will guest-star in Episode 5, aka the 'Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak' hour, as Cooper Seldon (a Big Bang Theory shoutout?), the IT gal’s hacker boyfriend from her days at MIT.

Season 3 bows Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 8/7c.
