Starting Tues Sept 16 I believe, with Nick at Nite already got fall 2014 schedule, Hangin with Mr. Cooper will be off the lineup permanently and replaced with George Lopez. Cooper had aired January this year and will leave this fall.
It's unknown whether or not other networks will air this show.

With this show's departure, the only episodes that have not aired on Nick at Nite is: Miracle in Oaktown, Valentine's Day Massacre, Santa's Got a Brand New Bag, Christmas Show, and Halloween. These episodes were holiday episodes. That 70s Show on the other hand had aired all episodes even holiday episodes every single day since mid March 2014 in a cycle.

No, I checked tvschedule zap2it listings. Hangin with Mr. Cooper will continue to air at 6AM in regards to last minute changes which How I Met Your Mother marathon ended early.

It's clearly unknown if it will leave, with Fresh Prince comin in Sept 29. That said it will air on 10PM hour and 2:36AM hour respectively. It's not known if it will get another schedule change or switcharound.

Now starting Mon Sept 29, 6AM will now be George Lopez. Hangin with Mr. Cooper will leave Nick at Nite along with That 70s Show.

How do you know HIMYM is gone by November? Or are you making a prediction? Nick at Nite should've never made acquisition in first place.
I don't know if Cooper should come back just only to air holiday episodes. Same thing was done in prev sitcoms when it was off the lineup in Nick at Nite like Home Improvement several years ago.

It might come as a surprise but when Hangin with Mr. Cooper no longer airs on Nick at Nite, as of last night 1AM-2AM from what I saw on NickMom block (inside Nick Jr channel), it's back on airing. I don't usually follow Nick Jr channel, so I'm not really sure exactly when it started airing on NickMom. I'm not surprised that the blog nor nickandmore tweeted of the return of Hangin with Mr. Cooper

Another schedule for HWMC comes back to NickMom block on NickJr 1AM-2AM for Sat 11/1 and Sun 11/2 based on tvzap2it listings schedule. So it may come every weekends instead of weekdays run

will this ever drop on DVD in any capacity?? even a top 6 episode disc like Step By Step or Drew Carey??
