I'm about 1.5 seasons out from the finish. snowpeck 08-26-2014, 10:59 PM According to this article, Sony now has a minority ownership of FamilyNet and will be handling some of their advertising. This could prove interesting. http://www.omaha.com/money/rfd-tv-rural-media-group-keep-wary-eye-on-mergers/article_bf8bd8e8-2943-11e4-8ee1-0017a43b2370.html 90skid4ever 08-26-2014, 11:58 PM Hope they show B*Witched in full!! No Nick at Nite choppy edits :) tlc38tlc38 08-27-2014, 08:56 AM I get RFDTV on Directv, I've looked for Familynet but it doesn't look like I get it. I wish RFDTV would air more sitcoms like "Hillbillies", "Green Acres", "Petticoat", "Real McCoys"...etc. Patty Duke 08-28-2014, 09:36 AM It won't be on RFD-TV but it will be aired on the Rural TV network which airs the FamilyNet shows. That is channel 232 on Dish Network. mets82 08-28-2014, 04:06 PM I dont get Family Net in my area. Is AITF, All in the Family? You're right, I was thinking of RFD-TV because I saw their logo here (http://schedule.familynet.com/default.asp?i=7&tz=1) and didn't notice the one for Rural TV which is their sister station. tooltime1987 08-29-2014, 07:18 PM I would like to see FamilyNet come to Charter Communications and Comcast in the Springfield/Holyoke,MA area soon. eng51squad51 09-01-2014, 02:19 PM Familynet new schedule started today. RuralTv will cease airing RFD TV prgramming and become more of a classic tv channel. So if u like RFD TV programming....you will have to request the channel...they are keeping the channels seperate from one another. Patty Duke 09-05-2014, 10:19 PM I just saw the commercial. Yeah, last night I flip over to FamilyNet to watch Fantasy Island, and it wasn't on. They were showing the same stuff that was on RFD. dhuffman1980 09-06-2014, 04:38 PM This is the last weekend RFD programming will be on familynet. tooltime1987 09-09-2014, 08:07 PM I like to see FamilyNet air more sitcoms from the 1950s,1960s,1970s,1980s,1990s, & 2000s with shows like for ex: Leave it to Beaver, Green Acres, Three's Company, Mama's Family, Home Improvement, etc. megamanj2004 09-10-2014, 12:58 PM It's about darn time! I gave up on that channel when they took off a whole boat load of 20th Television-owned shows. tlc38tlc38 09-10-2014, 01:09 PM I wish directv would replace RFD with Familynet. RFD is pretty much useless. |
