View Full Version : Need help remembering a case about a guy who got shot like 100 yards away on a farm?

I remember a really obscure case I saw once or twice. About a family who I think owned a farm. Someone on the property, I think the father, was shot for some reason on the property. The authorities opened an investigation and I remember they did this ridiculous ballistics test of seeing how far a bullet could travel and if it could have hit him from a neighbor's house or something about a mile away.

Vague description, but does anyone have any idea?

Also sounds like something that happened in Spanish Springs in the early 90's.
