I agree! J.J. and Michael should've kicked Keith's ass the moment Keith slapped Thelma! Instead they just stood there and did nothing. What's up with that?

I read somewhere that the producers didn't want Thelma's brothers to help her out. They wanted to show that Thelma could handle Keith on her own to show yhat she was now a grown mature woman who didn't need anyone to fight her battles for her.
