Sonya Walger — AKA "Lost‘s" Penny — is joining "Scandal" in a potentially recurring role, TVLine has learned exclusively.



As per usual, specifics regarding Walger’s character are not available, but the “potentially recurring” part suggests she could have a tie to one of the regulars.
