Maybe she wasn't at the bus station. I do remember there was a guy who was picking up his friend at a bus station and the friend was alluding to the fact that he may have killed someone. The guy that came to pick him up said to him that if he had done something like that he's not coming with him in his car. Then the friend played it off and said he was joking.

Anyway, apparently he was a suspect for a teenage girl's death. For some reason I want to say this took place in Nevada or Arizona. Some place with a desert backdrop. The girl I think had an aunt or a grandmother that saw her leave at a bus station, but she never arrived at her location. That location is another station where the two friends met up I think.

Ring a bell to anyone?

I don't recall the names off the top of my head but the case I believe involved a man that killed his wife after she discovered that he was stealing fom her mother (they were staying with her mother for a couple days). He left her body under the mothers bed and took off. The woman's body was discovered a few days later (sadly the mother had been sleeping on the bed for several days).

The hand fled and had a friend pick him up at a bus station or airport or something. He told the friend what happened and the friend understandably got upset. The husband then recanted telling the friend he was only joking.

I remember a lot of the details, but just not the names. Anyway, I hope that helps.

Yeah that is the one. Wow didn't know he had been freed. He only did 17 years for murder!?

Less than that. Looks like he was captured in 1993 and released in 2006.

The guy was playing it up for the cameras too in the update segment. Seriously can't believe he got 13 years what a miscarriage of justice.
