Shawn Doyle (Fargo) has been tapped to recur on USA’s "Covert Affairs" as Georgian diplomat Aleksandre Balenko.

Though he appears trustworthy on the surface, Piper Perabo’s Annie will quickly become suspicious of his true motivations.
