Why was she getting defensive and being rude to the family? She was rude to Pearl, Willis, and Mr. Drummond. lol How come Mr. Drummond just didn't fire her and send her back to wherever she came from?

He was probably too scared of her ... she was HUGE. :lol:

She reminded me of that tall bodyguard Regis on Too Close for Comfort. She was the bodyguard of Henry Rush's boss Mr. Wainwright. Both were tall and creepy but Regis wasn't snappy like Mrs. Z on Diff'rent Strokes.
