These two sitcoms were paired together for 5 seasons. Fresh Prince has been more successful in syndication but I definitely prefer Blossom (Six is my favorite).

I was a fan of Fresh Prince, Blossom and Saved By the Bell, but I retired from watching these shows.

The fan that I am still permanently forever with is Hang Time.

I was a fan of Hang Time too. I watched most of the TNBC lineup! I'm not sure how I would feel watching those shows today. They do have a place in my childhood memories though.

I vote Blossom over The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

I voted Hang Time over both Fresh Prince and Blossom, no offense.

I'd say both, but I went for "Fresh Prince".

Joey Lawrence was funny on "Blossom" though.

Fresh Prince Of Bel Air is no longer in public, even if it is considered more popular than Blossom.

The reason why I had to completely retire from being a fan of Fresh Prince is:

1.) Not-so-perfect series finale.
2.) One of the actors in that show is a already deceased.

Same thing with Blossom, but I also retired from being a fan of that show is because one supporting member, Jenna Von Oy, is becoming more successful than Mayim Bailik.

I won't repeat this again, but I am now considered a Hang Time fan currently, no offense.

It's true, but right now the entire fan audience watching this show forever to the future is all African-Americans.

Not sure how anyone can think the show is no longer in public when TBS airs 4 episodes a day.

So you stop being a fan of a show because one of the cast members dies? Um. Okay.

I don't know how Jenna Von Oy is becoming more successful than Mayim Bailik. when Mayim is on the #1 sitcom in the country. I haven't seen Jenna since the Parkers ended a decade ago.

If you stop watching a show because one of the actors passes away then you might as well get rid of your TV.

I'd love to know where you got this from. :brent

After the Parkers ended, Jenna had better successful marriage, while Mayim didn't.

Caucasians are more desirous on being perfect all the time in strictness. While African-Americans are more flexible on focusing what's more important.

I just read somewhere in another website that there was a past Caucasian version called "The Royal Prince of Bel Air", which was made back then, but failed to get aired on television, due to too many creative differences. So that past Caucasian version was officially discarded until it was recycled by the African-Americans, who renamed it as "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" as it successfully got aired on television.

One of the mansion orders is supposed to help Will both graduate from college and get a new job at the same time as the mansion gets sold. The selling of the mansion may have rushed and the other actors and actresses were too in hurry to leave the show, so that's poor estimation on the series finale, even if it ended well along the way.

I voted for The Fresh Prince because I never watched Blossom BUT The Fresh Price has been on so long that it's worn out it's welcome with me, not funny anymore.

I like Mayim Bialik in Big Bang, she plays a great geek/nerd.

those are some nerdy reasons to "retire" from liking a show

If you were a teenager in the 90's then Mondays on NBC was required viewing, I watched both shows, they werent exactly my favorites but they filled in that entertainment void which was to make us laugh.

Revisiting Blossom for the short run on The Hub made me realize how depressing and dreary most of the show was which is why it's never on my list of Top 10 shows.

With Fresh Prince yeah it's got Will Smith and both he and Carlton get into wacky premises but that was all there was, except for the episode where Will gets angry with his father walking out on him the show was just serviceable to make us laugh, nothing really ground breaking.

I thought the Fresh Prince finale was great, especially seeing the likes of the Jeffersons and Arnold Jackson and Philip Drummond as potential buyers.
