born2late 07-24-2014, 12:56 PM Trying to get Antenna TV to replace the departing Live Well Network in Nashville.
installLSC 07-25-2014, 12:45 AM There are a lot of flaws in this schedule, but I don't care because "Bachelor Father" (which I discovered right before it went to graveyards) is actually on at a watchable time!
Tubehead 07-25-2014, 01:26 AM long as bachelor father still comes on I been watching that show a lot. I hate the nanny and married with children how about court ship of eddies father or petticoat junction? cut off I can stand I dream of Jennie and I never cared for bewitched but I wish they would show more older classic show how about parry mason or The Incredible Hulk stars Billy Bixby?
shows they should get ride of cause they all come on other stations already threes company I dream of Jennie bewitched and married with children all been on nick at nite or tv land at some point even tbs still shows married with children they should just leave it on tbs
threes company
I dream of Jennie
bewitched
married with children
show I would show are:
THE MUNSTERS
MY FAVORITE MARTIAN
court ship of eddies father
The Incredible Hulk
Magnum, P.I.
the A-TEAM
Mr. Belvedere
brtcmfn 07-25-2014, 09:12 AM I have found what appears to be Antenna TV's Fall 2014 Schedule ([URL="antennatv.tv/wp-content/uploads/2014/07
Thnx for the find as usual :)
Get ready to hear all the whiners again about MWC and The Nanny
boechsner 07-25-2014, 10:03 AM Trying to get Antenna TV to replace the departing Live Well Network in Nashville.
Same here in Green Bay. Live Well is departing Channel 2.3 by the end of the year. I hope they replace it with Antenna TV!
brtcmfn 08-08-2014, 12:37 PM "Starting the week of September 1st, The Nanny and Married with Children will be airing on Antenna TV!"
The whining on the FB page has already started :D
TKMetal 08-08-2014, 04:41 PM Both are shows with broad appeal and they are only airing them in late night slots. They've had rights to both since day one. Watch something else!
BigManMike 08-08-2014, 04:49 PM Overall a disappointing schedule. Too much of the same stuff. The primetime lineup really needs a big change. It has always been Norman Lear shows since day 1 with maybe an occasional Three's Company, Diff'rent Strokes, Bewitched or Jeannie in the mix at times. I am still glad that they put Diff'rent Strokes back on weeknights and I'm also glad to see they've dropped most of the movies. They just need new shows. I also miss the black and white Friday nights. Hopefully 2015 will bring big changes to Antenna TV as several contracts are up at the beginning of the year.
Cheryl Harrell 08-09-2014, 03:46 AM So thankful the Monkees and Here Come The Brides are still gonna be on. Wish they wouldn't move WKRP to 10 pm cuz it will be on opposite Man From Uncle. I'll have to watch one and tape the other I guess.
OH Nuts! 08-09-2014, 10:01 AM So thankful the Monkees and Here Come The Brides are still gonna be on. Wish they wouldn't move WKRP to 10 pm cuz it will be on opposite Man From Uncle. I'll have to watch one and tape the other I guess.
Me too; I love Here Come The Brides and am a big fan of Bobby Sherman and Joan Blondell.
Like I've said for a FREE channel Antenna's amazing.

Like I've said for a FREE channel Antenna's amazing.
Cozi recently ran an episode of Starsky and Hutch that had a small role for Joan -- I don't think she had any interaction with David Soul, but it's neat that they appeared in the same TV show again.

I like Here come the brides too!! But I am in California, so it comes on Sunday morning here at 4:00AM and 5:00AM!! No way on a day off of work I would be up that early!!! :( I wish it was 4 and 5 PM!!! ;) Or even 8 and 9 Am would be good! ;)
Tubehead 08-10-2014, 10:55 PM no offense im sick of I dream of Jennie and bewitched and The Andy Griffith Show
Mace Dolex 08-11-2014, 01:09 AM Yeah I find it odd they would add two '90s shows like The Nanny and Married With Children instead of more 80's shows.
TVFactFan 08-11-2014, 10:33 PM Only good thing I see is that Bewitched is on before 8pm and out of primetime
BigManMike 08-12-2014, 10:04 AM They have actually had The Nanny and Married with Children since the network's beginning in 2011. They just seem to come and go. I think they just put them on as filler when they don't have any programs to add and need to change up the schedule. I have a feeling there will be big changes in 2015.
BigManMike 08-12-2014, 11:12 AM I just know that many of the shows contracts last either two or four years so many of them will be up in January. I'm sure some will be renewed but I hope several of them are not.
mets82 08-12-2014, 12:42 PM On a side note, how hot does Kelly from MWC look in that photo? Now, the first link on this thread, IS the official schedule, right?
TVFactFan 08-12-2014, 08:20 PM No, the first link on this thread is my source for the Unofficial schedule. Nothing is official until Antenna TV releases the schedule, which should be very soon. Paven will post the news on his blog (http://blog.sitcomsonline.com/). Believe at your own risk until then.
what happened to Pavan?

The adding of MWC means nothing since it's only on once a week during the 11pm news hour
icecream 08-15-2014, 01:01 PM The adding of MWC means nothing since it's only on once a week during the 11pm news hourNot everyone watches news. And I don't like it there, it splits up WKRP and Barney Miller, they made a good pairing.

I think they just put them on as filler when they don't have any programs to add and need to change up the schedule. I have a feeling there will be big changes in 2015.They have programs they never finished airing, like Benson. It was pulled without us seeing the last two seasons. And there are other programs like Alfred Hitchcock Presents and Jack Benny that never air before midnight that should get a chance for better slots.
Mr. Television 08-15-2014, 01:08 PM Soap should have been aired on a weekday format as well.
storrs19 08-15-2014, 01:46 PM I'd like to see more black and white shows on at a decent hour. Yeah I know that's a crime these days but still...shows we haven't seen in a million years like "December Bride" or "The Ann Sothern Show" and more shows that are not out on DVD in complete sets. I'd like to see Barney Miller and Benson on a daily basis.
BigManMike 08-15-2014, 05:20 PM They treated Benson terribly. I never even got a chance to see it because it was on so late. And airing only two episodes a week for show that lasted as long as Benson is just pathetic. Why did the even show Benson if they weren't going to finish it?

Yup Benson has been treated awful by TV Land and Antenna TV
Here's a weekly breakdown:
Out of the 168 hours in a week, 14 hours (8%) will be devoted to 7 "Antenna TV Theater" movies, down from the current 9 movies (18 hours and 11%), and significally down from the peak of 28 movies (56 hours and 33%) that made up the schedule for most of 2013.
I Dream Of Jeannie & Three's Company will be the most aired shows every week as they will each make up 7% of the schedule and 12 hours (including repeats), followed by Bewitched with 11 hours (including repeats) and Too Close For Comfort with 10 hours (including repeats).
The rest of the weekly breakdown includes:
7 hours each of Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Green Acres, Mister Ed, & The Patty Duke Show;
6 hours each of All In The Family, Bachelor Father, Burns And Allen, Diff'rent Strokes, Good Times, & Sanford And Son;
5 hours each of Dennis The Menace, Father Knows Best, McHale's Navy, & The Nanny;
3 hours of E/I programs;
2 hours each of Adv. Of Rin Tin Tin, Flipper, Here Come The Brides, It Takes A Thief, Married With Children, Maude, Partridge Family, & Totally Tooned In; and
1 hour each of Barney Miller, Gidget, The Flying Nun, The Jack Benny Program, The Monkees, & WKRP In Cincinnati.
I want to compare this with what we have up here which is very little variety and a lot of repetition. Observe:

Your schedule looks better because of no Good Times and sanford and son
Your schedule looks better because of no Good Times and sanford and son
I would be willing to trade channels any day, any time! Would you be interested?
TVFactFan 08-16-2014, 08:33 PM I would be willing to trade channels any day, any time! Would you be interested?
Yes because I hate seeing sanford and son and good times. Both have been on cable for 12 straight years
TVFactFan 08-18-2014, 01:10 PM Oh **** I didn't realize that Married With Children and Three's Company comes on Saturday Night!!!!!:eek:
Bout damm time Antenna TV has started showing sitcoms after 8pm on the weekends
BigManMike 08-18-2014, 02:06 PM Thank goodness they're not doing that stupid Jerry Lewis movie marathon again on Labor Day!

Chicago, IL – August 27, 2014- Antenna TV, Tribune Broadcasting’s multicast network, today announced the addition of eleven classic series to the network’s lineup for 2015.

Seriously!? This is like the best channel EVER! It's too bad I can't get it. :(
BigManMike 08-27-2014, 02:58 PM Finally. I am so thrilled. About time the channel got some new shows. I'll be interested to see which current shows will leave and not have the contracts renewed. I'm kind of surprised to see Mork and Mindy and Family Ties since they are CBS Paramount shows and usually MeTV airs the CBS Paramount shows. I am thrilled they are finally getting the Jeffersons even though I do plan on buying the complete series DVD set at some point soon and I am especially excited about One Day at a Time. I have never seen that one before and I have always wanted to see it. I'm also glad they are getting Leave it to Beaver back because MeTV airs it at such a bad time.
TVFactFan 08-27-2014, 10:05 PM Just like Antenna TV to add the Jeffersons after it's already been announced it's going to be complete on DVD
icecream 08-29-2014, 06:55 PM They'll be a schedule overhaul next year with this many new shows coming. Are the new FamilyNet shows expiring from Antenna? 5 shows I've never seen here: One Day at a Time, Small Wonder, Mr. Belvedere, Dear John, and Evening Shade (haven't seen ES but it has a pretty violin theme song). I already like Family Ties, Newhart, Mork and Mindy, Leave it to Beaver, and Doogie Howser. While The Jeffersons isn't a favorite it's easily better than the All in the Family/Maude/Sanford and Son/Good Times block that has dominated primetime, I wouldn't mind seeing all four of those shows leave.

Wonder if these new shows mean some of the current ones will be replaced like
All in the Family
Good Times
Sanford and Son
TVFactFan 09-21-2014, 11:23 PM Married with Children splitting up Barney and WKRP is a really unfortunate choice. Channel changed!
I didn't even know it was on because of that stupid a$$ Bewitched Marathon
icecream 11-03-2014, 12:49 AM I enjoyed the Alfred Hitchcock Presents Hitch-O-Ween, was able to see 17 episodes of it. Now for their January schedule Antenna needs to put it on at a decent time during the day, sticking it at 3AM is a big waste.
