"Pretty Little Liars" Adds Sydney Penny

Former "All My Children" actress Sydney Penny has booked a recurring role on ABC Family’s hit drama "Pretty Little Liars".

Penny will play Leona Vanderwaal, mother of Mona Vanderwaal (Janel Parrish).
