What happened to a scene that was in Mama for mayor part 1? There is a song playing in the background showing Mama campaigning for mayor, was this scene lost?

They couldn't get clearance to use the song "Happy Days are Here Again" so they just cut the entire scene out because the song played over the entire scene.
