I purchased Shout!'s complete release of Barney Miller on Monday, and got it on Wednesday. I've already seen 10 episodes of it (finished the first disc and have moved on to the second), and it's as good a show as it was made out to be. I think that it's actually far funnier than Hogan's Heroes or McHale's Navy; neither of those really had any laughs to them, IMO.

In short: Barney really does bring it.
