View Full Version : Why wasnt "Mad Dog" charged with attempted mureder?
Wawwie 07-04-2014, 01:01 PM Mad Dog SHOOTS JJ and nothing happens to him??? He should have been sentenced to at least a decade in state prison.
At least his mother told him off. He deserved it seeing as how everything she said was the truth.
I hated that James ended up feeling sorry for Mad Dog. J.J. almost DIED because of Mad Dog. Would James still feel sorry for Mad Dog had J.J. died? I don't think so.

EXACTLLY,he should have been charged, however remember they tried to charge JJ with robbery and it was a totally different guy who robbed the liquor store person who did the crime

Another example of ignorance! They told JJ he "fit the description" meanwhile the actual robber was a short fat kid!

I never understood that either. Mad Dog shot JJ purposely, and with no remorse. But the judge set him free. These days, inocent people are locked up for sh--it they didn't do, and criminals walk away like they are saints for crap they HAVE done. How come they didn't let James testify? He witnessed the shooting with his own eyes! That court system was a joke itself, you see the judge himself didn't know who he was talking to. At least we knew what kind of person and son Mad Dog was. His mom (Donna) didn't like him either and had given up on him as a human.
Wawwie 07-06-2014, 12:16 AM ^^^^ That's because Mad Dog was no longer human. He was set free only to unleash more misery on society.

That is true, however I bet you, they have people locked up in jail for petty theft charges like stealing clothes, credit card theft.....therefore, what the justice system should have done was to let the petty crime people out of jail as a plea agreement on a early release, and put the thug criminal like Maddog in jail for years because he also belong to a gang......

Because the prisons were too crowded lol
That's why the judge said........."what the hell are we running a jail system or a holiday inn"?

you don't remember the judge trying to put him in jail and none of them had vacancies? LOL

So if there was no vacancy,,,,, the county/Judge could have made room in jail by releasing a non violent criminal....example: petty thefts, fraud and replace them with Mad dog a violent gang banging criminal who shot jj

I agree. They could have paroled a shoplifter (or someone like that) to make room for Mad Dog. Mad Dog needed to be in jail. He is a violent attempted murderer who will probably only get more violent. He needed to be locked up in a cage.

And when we see stories like this in real life and hear a guy shot someone who had a long rap sheet the first thing we say.........."Why was he on the streeets?"

OR why wasn't he in a mental hospital?
But I don't think Mad Dog was mentally ill. He was just a rotten criminal.
Janice Johnson 07-10-2014, 04:19 AM I did like how Mad Do went from being a cocky, arrogant, egotistical, smooth talking, fast talking hoodrat to being humble and broken down when his mother cussed him out and slapped him.... it was almost like how Clove went from being a smug, taunting, killer in The Hunger Games to being a scared kid when Thresh roughed her up...

He needed to be taken down and he deserved every bit of it..... wiped that cocky, arrogant smirk right off his face.
