In the season 3 episode "Too Young and Foolish To Go Steady" she is sitting in the shake shop with Pat and one side of that bow is under the collar of that hideous Ohrbach dress. I just want to reach out and fix it. Kind of distracting. Looks like Patty Duke was in a rush to change into Cathy and forgot to check herself.
