6/25/14

CBS is planning on returning its canceled single-camera comedy "Bad Teacher" this July to burn-off its remaining episodes. As of now, two of its eight remaining episodes have been scheduled.

CBS will air two episodes on Saturday, July 5 from 8-9pm. CBS will likely air the other six this summer as well, perhaps July 12, 19 and 26.

"Bad Teacher" was based on the hit feature film and starred Ari Graynor as an always inappropriate, fearless and unapologetic former trophy wife who masqueraded as a teacher in order to find a new man after her wealthy husband left her penniless.

Why bother watching since they canceled the show already.

I am actually enjoying this series. Even if it's dead as a dodo I like it!

Problem is since the intial network run and saturday burn-off's they are not being aired in production order, so it makes this "ok" very superficial script sitcom even more difficult to understand how the characters eventually begin to develop more and interact. meaning characters have boyfriends or girlfriends before the episode where they meet has aired.

i like the show and have been enjoying the recent episodes, but this is a complete burn-off; CBS doesn't care what ratings these episodes get, it is completely done.

I don't recall the film being a hit, in fact I even walked out from it.
