Off the top of my head (w/o looking up on IMDb), I recall Dana Plato guest starring on Growing Pains (it must of been in the first season) as a Madonna look a like/impostor. She was also in the infamous FMV game for the Sega CD (although it was filmed around 1987 for an unreleased game console called NEMO (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NEMO_(video_game_console))).

There is a lot of stuff she was in. It must be out there somewhere?
