My mom has the complete series on DVD and I also have watched in METV and i think it's a pretty good show. I read and heard about Anissa Jones's life. Both during and after Family Affair. I think it's tragic that she was another victim to drugs. Plus she was stuck with a role that was a fews years younger then her (But Buffy seem to act younger then her character's age, especially during the last two seasons) Having to drag the Beasly Doll during public appearances. Alos having to bind her chest during the final season!!! I'm now just a little bit older then Anissa was when Family Affair ended it's run! I may not have much up there, but I would never bind them!

I remember watching a YouTube video of Anissa with Jimmy Durante presenting an award. She seemed like such a great kid. It is terrible she got hooked on drugs.

RIP Anissa

Anissa Jones was an American child star best known for playing Buffy on the TV show Family Affair. Born in 1958, she rose to fame in the late 1960s and quickly became one of television’s most recognizable young actresses. However, after the show ended in 1971, her life became troubled as she struggled with the pressures of early fame and personal issues.

In her teenage years, Jones reportedly became involved with drugs and faced legal and family difficulties. Tragically, in 1976 at just 18 years old, she died from an accidental drug overdose involving multiple substances.

Kind of wonder what AJ would think of SMG.
