My favorites mini-series for were "V" and V-The Final Battle and The Deliberate Stranger.

Just another way for the "no good TV before 1990" crowd to justify their short sightedness. The shows they mention are no different than "Roots" or "North and South" when you get down to it.

I'm noticing that TNT's The Librarians is technically a 10 part mini series in the style of Hallmark's Merlin but folks are treating it like a TV show already.
