Jack was being stalked and harrassed and never once tried to call the police?lol

We saw that there was a police station in the episode-"case of the missing blonde" but Jack never called the law when his life was threatened?

I also wondered this, especially in "Jack's Navy Buddy" where the guy is basically trashing the place and nobody calls the cops. Police officers show up, like in "It's Only Money" and of course "Handcuffed." We even saw the actual inside of a police station in "Days of Beer and Weeds," so there's a station somewhere.

LOL oh man I was thinking the same thing, here's this mean dude trying to hurt Jack and it doesn't occur to anybody to call the police, I mean even the girlfriend mentioned that Max had knocked out Mike the bartender at the Regal Beagle and nobody filed a complaint.

I just got through watching the Season 6 episode Macho Man on Antenna TV and it also had a police station.

It's funny...in Season 5 they seemed to have contacted the cops at the wrong time ("Case of The Missing Blonde") or not have contacted the cops at the right time ("Dying To Meet You")
