By the way, there are hundreds of Arvind Sinha's that come up with just a simple google search.

If the photo of the man from the UK is fairly recent then it's unlikely to be him... barring the possibility of plastic surgery, face lift, chin reduction, and hair plugs/wig.

The guy in the UK looks to currently be about the same age that the fugitive Arvind Sinha was about 20 years ago, imo. I don't think there are enough important similarities between the two. Their face shapes are different, one is more square and wide and one is more oval.

They do both have mustaches and they part their hair on the same side. I looked at google image pics of men with the same first and/or last name of "Arvind Sinha". They seem to choose a similar look wearing mustaches and having that hairstyle with the part on the same side. I figure it must be a cultural thing for men in that age range, but I dunno.
